Payment & Late Fees

All invoices are due by the listed due date. A $25 late fee will automatically apply to any invoice that remains unpaid three (3) days past due. Continued non-payment may result in project delays or a temporary hold until the account is current.

Project Payments

You can now conveniently purchase your graphic design projects directly through my website  just email me your project details afterward to hello@estephaniadesign.com

Please note: No design work begins without payment. Turnaround time for new graphic design projects is approximately 4-6 business days from the date of payment and submission of all content.

Need it sooner? A rush fee is available for next-day turnaround — $80 for standard designs or $100 for complex/custom work.

Communication & Office Hours

Monday–Friday: 10 AM – 4 PM

To maintain balance and efficiency, all project communication should take place via email or your client portal. Please avoid phone calls unless they’ve been scheduled in advance. Evenings are reserved for family time.

I built my business for flexibility, just like many of you, so thank you for respecting my time as I respect yours.

Meetings & Calls

Any requested virtual meetings or calls exceeding 15 minutes will be billed at my hourly rate, as they fall outside the standard project scope.
