Project Timeline & Process

  • Each project timeline varies, but on average, brand identity projects take 6–8 weeks from start to finish. Custom design projects may have different timelines, which will be outlined clearly in your proposal.

  • A completed brand questionnaire, any inspiration materials you’d like to share, and timely feedback throughout the process. The more detailed your input, the stronger the final outcome will be!

  • Project start dates are based on current availability. Once you sign the contract and submit your deposit, I’ll officially reserve your spot in my schedule.

Payments & Policies

  • Yes! Flexible payment options are available to make your investment more manageable. Payment plans are typically split into two or three installments, depending on the package you choose.

  • Due to the custom nature of branding and design work, all payments are non-refundable. That said, I’m fully committed to making sure you’re happy with your final deliverables.

  • Life happens! If a project goes dormant (no communication after multiple outreach attempts within a 30-day window), a $200 reactivation fee will be required to restart and secure a new spot on my schedule.

Deliverables & Revisions

  • You’ll receive a complete package of high-resolution files, including PNG, JPG, PDF, and vector formats (AI, EPS, or SVG). You'll also receive a detailed brand guidelines document to ensure consistency moving forward.

    ➡️ Logo-Only Package → Vector files available for an additional fee.

  • Absolutely! Within 30 days of project completion, I’ll provide alternative file formats free of charge. After that window, a small fee may apply.

  • Your satisfaction is a top priority. Each package includes three (3) rounds of revisions. If additional revisions are needed beyond the included rounds, they can be purchased separately.

  • Minor updates, such as color adjustments or layout tweaks, can be completed for an additional fee. If you’re considering a larger rebrand, we can create a custom update package to fit your new goals.

Ongoing Support & Additional Services

  • Yes! Ongoing support is available through Done-for-You Social Media Graphics or a retainer option for continuous brand and marketing asset creation.

  • Absolutely! I offer a la carte services including flyers, social media graphics, packaging, business cards, and more.

    ➡️ Returning clients: I’ll already have your branding files on hand for a seamless experience.

    ➡️ New clients: Please provide high-resolution branding files (logo, color palette, fonts) and any necessary assets (headshots, product photos, etc.) before we get started.

  • Yes! I offer brand-focused website design to help you create a cohesive and strategic online presence.

    For a more budget-friendly option, I also offer semi-custom one-page or 5-page websites—perfect for service-based businesses and simple portfolios.

  • Yes! If you need a project completed urgently, I offer rush services for work that requires turnaround within 3 business days or less.

    A flat rush fee ranging from $250 to $500 will apply based on the project’s scope and complexity. Rush services are subject to availability, so please reach out early to confirm if I can accommodate your timeline.
