The Story: La Jefa Status, a platform offering essential business guidance for ambitious Latina entrepreneurs at any stage, faced the need for a professional brand image. CEO Jenavi Kasper, also the Senior Vice President and Marketing Director at National Bank of Arizona, wanted a brand that showcased her expertise, maintained an approachable and enjoyable feel, and, most importantly, built trust within the Hispanic community.

Collaborating with a Latina designer who understood the unique challenges of entrepreneurship was crucial. We crafted a unique brand identity that embodied her values of professionalism, transparency, radical self-trust, and decolonization of the entrepreneurial ecosystem. The brand combined elements of traditional collegiate aesthetics with a modern, clean, and mature twist, reflecting empowerment and boundless possibilities.
